Terms & Conditions
All orders must accompany a signed agreement which outlines
in detail the services that will be provided by Office Essentials
REVA Service, as well as both parties' responsibilities during
the time of our agreement.
Payment Methods
Office Essentials REVA Service accepts:
- PayPal (MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express)
- Business and Personal Checks (prior approval required)
- Money Orders and Certified Checks
Returned Checks
A $30.00 service fee will be charged for all returned checks.
Declined credit cards and NSF checks will automatically void
our service agreement and all services are immediately billed
at our premium rate of $35.00 per hour.
Payment Policies
Retainer
We encourage
long-term partnering relationships with our clients so we can
offer the best affordable rates for our retainer plans.
Our fees are based on the number of monthly hours obtained you.
We have several plans available
for you to choose from. Additional plans may be negotiated
to suit your needs. View our plans.
Per Hour
All hourly services are billed in 15 minute increments. Payment
is due upon completion all projects.
Single Projects
A 25% deposit is required before the work begins with the balance
due upon completion of all projects.
Invoice Due Dates
The due dates for payment is based on the initial date of
our agreement. All retainer invoices are e-mailed on the 20th
of the proceeding month. A 5% discount is given if payment is
received by the 5th of each month. Invoices are considered
past-due if payment isn't received by
the 10th, and is billed at the premium rate of $35 per hour
without a discount.
Unused Hours
Since all payments are pre-paid, Office
Essentials REVA Service only allows a maximum of ten (10) transferable
hours per month. Please note that transferred hours are additional
hours for the next month and does not reduce the rate for the
next month of services. A maximum of 25 hours per calendar
year is transferable.
Additional Fees
There will be a 20% fee added to your total invoice for all
rush jobs. Rush jobs are any projects delivered within 24 hours
or less of the request.
Postage will be added to all invoices under $25.00.
Correction Policy
Corrections of errors should be faxed or mailed within 5 days
of receiving the completed project.
Corrections or changes made due to the part of the client will
be billed at our hourly rate of $25.00 per hour. Errors made
as a result of our service will be corrected FREE OF CHARGE. All fees are in USD.
